We had a condo that we were selling and all I can say is, WOW! Moire quickly listed our condo on the MLS immediately using the pictures she personally took as well as posting the detailed video walkthrough she did on various social media sights. Within just a few days of the listing she was showing the condo and actually sold the condo to the first couple she showed it to for full asking price. Her work didn't stop there. After getting all the contracts completed and out for signatures, she setup the closing date at the title company for us.
